Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST31000528AS (1TB SATA300 7200rpm) *2 でRAID0の真の実力

大袈裟なタイトルですが
ようは今まで遅いなぁと思っていた原因がわかり
対処も上手くいったのでメモ替わりって事です
2Tのうちの後半1.2TB以降をパーティションで区切った部分です
まず今までの状態だ

Sequential Read :   130.970 MB/s
Sequential Write :    75.199 MB/s
Random Read 512KB :    30.428 MB/s
Random Write 512KB :    23.794 MB/s
Random Read 4KB (QD=1) :     0.736 MB/s [   179.7 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=1) :     .708 MB/s [   416.9 IOPS]
Random Read 4KB (QD=32) :     1.903 MB/s [   464.5 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) :     1.561 MB/s [   381.0 IOPS]

RAID0のくせに遅いです
原因はクイックフォーマットしかしていなかったせいでした
ということでちゃんとフォーマットしたところ

Sequential Read :   208.499 MB/s
Sequential Write :   172.696 MB/s
Random Read 512KB :    53.297 MB/s
Random Write 512KB :    38.551 MB/s
Random Read 4KB (QD=1) :     1.465 MB/s [   357.6 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=1) :     2.393 MB/s [   584.3 IOPS]
Random Read 4KB (QD=32) :     3.857 MB/s [   941.7 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) :     2.414 MB/s [   589.4 IOPS]

かなり速く(普通に)なりました
前半のパーティションもフォーマットしたところ

これでまともなRAID0らしい数値になりましたとさ
